(b) You acknowledge that the sessions will be conducted online and we will communicate the session booking details if applicable. The sessions start at the agreed time and if it starts late due to your delay, the session duration may be reduced.
(c) You acknowledge that the services provided by Mystical Dimensions are for educational and developmental purposes only and do not constitute health, medical, psychological or spiritual advice. Mystical Dimensions does not guarantee any particular outcome or result from the services. You are responsible for implementing any strategies or recommendations.
(d) The information on our Website and during the online sessions are not intended to provide a comprehensive summary of the subject matter covered. The content does not replace the face to face relationship with your medical professional, healthcare practitioner and/or spiritual leader. We encourage you to seek advice from your medical professional, healthcare practitioner and/or spiritual leader in addition to the advice we provide you.

4. Purchase of Products or Services

(c) You acknowledge and agree that where a request for the payment of the Fee is returned or denied, for whatever reason by your financial institution or is unpaid by you for any other reason, then you are liable for any costs, including banking fees and charges or debt collection costs, associated with the Fee.
(d) Once Mystical Dimensions has confirmed payment of the Fee, you will receive a receipt as confirmation, and Mystical Dimensions may retain your purchase details for future reference.

5. Refunds and Returns

(a) All bookings are final and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
(b) If the client is unable to attend a scheduled online session, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the session start time. Where sufficient notice is given, the session may be rescheduled once to a mutually agreed date, provided that the rescheduled session occurs within 45 days of the original appointment date.
(c) You agree that the failure to provide the required notice will result in the session being forfeited.
(d) Mystical Dimensions will not be liable for any loss or damage arising if we have to cancel or reschedule an online session.

6. Warranty

(a) Mystical Dimensions will use its best efforts and take all reasonable steps to help you achieve the desired results. However, Mystical Dimensions makes no warranty that the program, event or services will meet your requirements or that all clients will achieve the same results.
(b) To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the ACL, we make no warranties or representations about the products or services including but not limited to warranties or representations that they will be complete, accurate or up-to-date, that all the services will be provided and that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.
(c) You acknowledge that some of the services are provided by third parties. We can make no guarantee in relation to the third parties. We hold no liability to you as a result of any conduct of the contractors or agent or the misuse by any party.
(d) You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your decisions. You agree that Mystical Dimensions shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss. You agree to assume all risks and agree that no liability will be attached to Mystical Dimensions for any loss or damages to your health or your business.
(e) Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or remedy conferred on you by the ACL or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. Subject to those rights that cannot be excluded under the ACL, our liability for a breach of a non-excludable condition or warranty is limited, at our option, to the supply of equivalent services or the repair of the services.

(d) You voluntarily participate in the session (including any online video session) and assume all risks associated with the session and any services provided at your request.
(e) You acknowledge and agree that instant healing, and the immediate removal of “blocks” or “curses”, is not promised and should not be expected. Any timeframes discussed (including an indicative period of approximately 3 to 6 months for the effects of any healing to become apparent) are estimates only, will vary between individuals, and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty or representation as to outcome or timing.
